PlotSquared basics in a nutshell – claim your land, build with friends and manage your plot like a pro.
Walk to an unclaimed plot and type /plot claim. The plot is now yours and protected – no one else can build or break on it. Every player starts with 5 plots for free.
Claim the plot next to yours first, then stand between both and type /plot merge. You must own both plots to merge them. This combines them into one larger build area – great for bigger projects.
Want to build with friends? Type /plot trust <player> to let them build on your plot. Use /plot add <player> if you also want them to be able to trust others. Revoke access anytime with /plot remove <player>. To keep someone out, use /plot deny <player> – or /plot deny * to block everyone from entering the plot.
Type /plot set home to set the plot's spawn point. You and trusted players will teleport exactly there with /plot home. Useful for tall builds or specific entry spots.
Within your plot you can build freely – place blocks, break blocks. You can also set plot flags (e.g. weather, time, PvP, music) with /plot flag to customize the atmosphere. Everything outside the plot borders is protected and cannot be modified.
Made a mess? Type /plot clear to reset your plot to an empty grass field without giving up ownership. Use /plot delete only if you want to fully abandon the plot – it becomes available to others again.
